There are so many shops still to visit and add to my shopping guide in Barcelona. I have a long list of spots I still haven’t seen and it seems that list is growing. Instagram is my favorite news magazine right now, does it work for you too when it comes to discover events and new places in town?
This is a long due post. I have visited Jordi Nodding’s shop already some weeks ago researching for my Barcelona shopping guide and found a little treasure hidden in one of the most interesting areas, Gràcia. Dentro de lo que cabe is a extremely well curated shop where you might find design pieces from Gio Ponti, Ettore Sotsass, Mario Botta, Fornasetti or Harry Bertoia. A vintage heaven for collectors and curious who like to go eclectic and mix&match with special pieces. I was smitten by the porcelain rubber glove moulds for Rosenthal. If I had my new apartment, at least one would be mine already…

Every home should have a couple of midcentury pieces I say. Looks like a lovely shop. I love that desk with what seems to have a shelf on the other side, so clever and allows the desk to sit nicely in the middle of the room instead of against a wall. Look forward to your guide Gudy! M xx
