We had so much fun! When walking into Lamps Plus‘ showroom (who is one of the sponsors of the Modenus BlogTour LA this year) and seeing hundreds and hundreds of lamps it was a little overwhelming to decide on which collection to focus on. They carry 60.000 lamps on their website and display a huge variety in their showroom too.
Will had the brilliant idea of creating a vignette and off we went together with Geraldine to start sort of ‘dismantling’ their place with taking of shades, putting new ones on, moving lamp feet, getting the right back drop and here are the results:
Color Plus Lighting Collection features more than 100 color options in colored glass table lamps and floor lamps.
Each design is handmade to order and available with a variety of fabric and color coordinating Giclee lamp shades.
And here are some ‘behind the pics’ when styling and shooting at a different vignette. We had a really good time thanks to the very helpful and kind team of LampsPlus!

I really like the idea of customizing with mixing patterns and colours. I like the blue and yellow because of the freshness they convey. For my office I could imagine a more “unexcitedly” colour like neutrals or pastels.
Looking forward to more inspiration from your LA Tour.
Hugs,
Sandy
