Based on high handmade quality that expresses Rosén’s love for the characteristics of materials, construction, design and art, C/RO collection consists of thin elegant lines with generous forms which will work for both in and outdoor spaces with the goal to bring people closer to nature in all its aspects, in a sophisticated way.
The collection is partly inspired by work travel through the years, architecture and by design icons. With a strong reference to Mediterranean lifestyle as well as Japan, Camilla Rosén created a multipurpose furniture for in and outdoor use is charcaterized by a unique tranquillity and timeless simplicity of clean lines.

“The vision is that these products will make you feel like you’re gazing out at the Mediterranean, with a drink in your hand, at one with the sea and not a rainy day in sight” says Camilla Rosén.

There is also a strong reminiscence of the iconic work of Modernist architects, in particular of strong personalities and pioneers of functionalism, like Eileen Gray, Coco Chanel, Picasso and Le Corbusier. An example is the Menton chair, whose inspiration comes from Villa E1027 by Eileen Gray. Unable to find on the market, a seating element that was simple and discreet and could be transformed from a summer element to a more autumnal one, Rosén designed this chair with a fabric seating that can be easily replaced by a leather one with the arrival of the fall.
Also the Sundaybed Eté, a light and airy piece of furniture made for meditation and daydreaming, can be transformed into a sofa by simply adding some pillows.

Last but not least, C/RO collection focuses on reducing the impact on the environment, by producing in environmentally friendly materials, which will sustain both in quality and functionality. Every piece of furniture is handmade in Sweden of recycled steel.

Camilla Rosén’s collection perfectly summarizes some of the trends we will see in the next seasons, from her environmental conscious approach to design to her strong reference to iconic personalities of Modernism, all mixed in that perfectly balanced aesthetics of the Scandinavian approach.
