Galerie du 19M: A Dynamic Hub for Art, Craft, and Collaboration with trending industrial vibes

November 1, 2024

Nestled within a thoughtfully designed space by Studio GGSV, Galerie du 19M is more than just a gallery—a vibrant platform for exhibitions, workshops, presentations, and creative exchange. Every corner of the space is crafted to support its multifaceted purpose, serving as an amphitheater, a stage, a showroom, a shop, and workshop studios, all adaptable to the needs of its visitors.

The minimal and somehow modern industrial layout is split into three main areas, each supporting a different function. A mezzanine studio designed for recordings, intimate presentations, and showroom events is at the forefront. At the same time, the expansive rear section boasts a 550-square-meter space with ceilings soaring 7.5 meters high, ideal for large-scale exhibitions. This modular, open infrastructure allows the space to be reconfigured for a range of events, making it a flexible environment for artistic exploration and innovation.

True to its mission of fostering craftsmanship and sustainable practices, Galerie du 19M incorporates elements crafted by skilled artisans and local makers, integrating mentorship and upcycling into its design. From retractable lighting to adaptable seating and table arrangements, the gallery’s architecture ensures that each event is unique, seamlessly blending functionality with a commitment to artisanal values.

Whether hosting a major exhibition, an intimate workshop, or a creative presentation, Galerie du 19M is a beacon for artistry and collaboration.
