Thank you so much for your feedback on the first clip of Hey Gudy! I’d like to know… In today’s video, I will share three trend concepts that I consider to be significant right now. One idea will most like become a consistent Micro Trend for the next 2-3 years belonging to the Macro Trend ‘Holistic Well-Being’.

 

The meaning of Self-sufficiency, self-care, self-indulgence, self-healing, self-education, all starting with the prefix self, will change. It’s nothing to be ashamed of but actually does good to society. If I take care of myself, my direct surroundings, family, friends, and colleagues will benefit from it. Maybe we will finally be guilt-free when investing resources in ourselves.”
