‘It’s a moody day’ – Instagram challenge #2

I am very happy with the second challenge on Instagram – we have doubled in one week the participating images! Yay!

#itsamoodyday is about uploading a moody image of your choice the same day (always on Wednesdays), and it’s really intriguing to see the different interpretations. There is a lot to discover! And I had a really good time reading some fun comments of lovely blogger friends who felt quite challenged with the moody topic coming from a much brighter background and wanting to get out of their comfort zone!

So here goes the winner and four favorite images:

It's a moody day- Living Abstracts

Congratulations, Living Abstracts, this is a very nice image; please send me your address, so I can send a little prize over.

It’s been difficult and there have been other wonderful images too but just uploaded during different days, I am sorry I couldn’t include them but it was already difficult with the ones we had.

It's a moody day IG competition Four favourites

These four moody pics are gorgeous too! Thank you to jayneh1971, cherfoldcottageflowers, tamiramsay and rosehipaper.

Are you joining in next Wednesday? G, xx

PD: If you read this post for the first time, It’s a moody day is my Wednesday styling challenge on Instagram. If you’d like to join in, all you need to do is upload a moody image of your choice that same day with the hashtag #itsamoodyday and tag me @gudyherder.  My favourite is shared each week on the blog together with 4 favourites.

How about some extra inspiration?

Mood Board Creation: Learn How To Effectively Communicate

Online Courses - English

You’ll find now a very complete starter program, which comes subtitled in eight languages. You will learn:

  • why haptic moodboarding becomes more relevant and effective in 2022
  • how to create a balanced board that not only looks good but works as a memorable communication tool
  • that I do not start a mood board with the creative hands-on process but with a thinking process and a formula
  • how I used that specific formula in a business project, which I share with you
