She is one of my favorite stylists. We met her personally when attending the Meet the Blogger in Stockholm earlier this year and visited her shop. If there is a role model I do have in the styling world, this is with no doubt Lotta Agaton! Very clear signature, great taste, fantastic shop and so helpful. I asked her for an opinion on my ceramics she offered generously (had a prototype with me) but of course she was so busy attending all those bloggers (we hit about 90 person her shop), there was absolutely no time. I will have to go back to Stockholm, any excuse is good:-)
But back to the images above: following her work, observing all this colour on Lotta Agaton’s blog is quite surprising. This is a shooting published in May for Residence magazine where she worked with paintings from Clay Ketters. Photography by Mikkel Mortensen/Yellows. If you want to admire more of her work, please have a look at her portfolio at Agent Bauer here.

I’m so happy to see a more colorful collection by Lotta Agaton. The first and forth styling are just my taste. And I’m all with you: every ‘excuse’ is worth visiting Stockholm. What a beautiful city with lots of design.
Cheers,
Steffi
Amazing!!! I love her work too. What a dream to work in a studio setting like this…Happy day, Anette
Well, that’s a change! Nice. Thank you for sharing this! You know what, I think we’ll see al little more colour and playful design in the following years. I have a theory for it but it’s too complicated and long for the comment section ;) What do you think, you’re the expert?
I had to smile when I read your first paragraph and remebered the scene- it must have been a hilarious scene for any outsider observing us, all these bloggers going crazy in her tiny shop which was about to burst. And she just stayed calm and relaxed…
This is quite a change but I love the way she has only stuck to one hue therefore still maintaining her signature style. I also havehappy memories of when we all visited her store. xD
WOW! Just yesterday I was looking at a stunning picture, not knowing it was her work… Now, looking at her portfolio, I have to say that I do recognize lots of my favorite images! Thank you for making ends meet!
She has some serious taste and I really love the distressed colourful look at the moment. I’ll go check out her portfolio now. Have a lovely weekend Gudy x
