Planning ahead until Spring 2013

This Winter break was supposed to be my thinking and planning time and I have so far decided what I am going to do until end Spring 2013. And I am very excited because I feel full of energy again and will start lots of new projects this year.
This month January I will attend the IMM Cologne fair and meet Holly Becker again at their “We are social” conference. I am looking forward to meet other bloggers too I haven’t had the chance so far to get in personal touch. Actually, this year I want to meet real people!

And I have just booked Meet The Blogger in Stockholm in February. I have been wanting to go since I knew the date but there are so many blogger meet ups this year, I felt I had to carefully decide where to go. But Emma Fexeus was writing the other day about the furniture fair that takes place right after Meet the Blogger and that was the turning point for me. I have visited that fair like 5 years ago the last time and I am very curious to see what has happened in the past years. As well, I admire so many bloggers on the Scandinavian markets and really look forward to network!

In March I travel to Qatar where I give a training of visual merchandising. It is so rewarding and very interesting to work in that part of the world. I had already last year a great experience in Dubai and do very much look forward to gain some intercultural competence again.
In April I will visit the Salone del Mobile in Milan and do lots of guerrilla shooting again at the stands. We had so much fun last year doing that (see here).
After the fair, I travel to Shanghai where I give two more trainings and will probably stay in Asia some more time and head towards Japan :)

In the meantime, there will be an interesting collaboration with a furniture brand and yes, whenever in Barcelona until Spring, I will work in my ceramic workshop and see what I can do with my “experiments”. I will publish from time to time some of my pieces and see what the reactions are. Will you help me with your feedback???

How about some extra inspiration?

  1. Gudy, your year sounds fantastic already, I love that you travel so much! It is one of those “one day” things for me :( Your ceramic creations look so beautiful and would love to know how you made them?! Hugs from Germany

    1. Dani, the ceramics are made out of paper clay which is a combination of porcelain and paper. The paper will burn in the kiln and that makes them look so fragile.Happy like them!!

  2. Hello Gudy!

Mood Board Creation: Learn How To Effectively Communicate

Online Courses - English

You’ll find now a very complete starter program, which comes subtitled in eight languages. You will learn:

  • why haptic moodboarding becomes more relevant and effective in 2022
  • how to create a balanced board that not only looks good but works as a memorable communication tool
  • that I do not start a mood board with the creative hands-on process but with a thinking process and a formula
  • how I used that specific formula in a business project, which I share with you

Ebook Color Trends 2022

The download of the Jotun Ebook and color palettes was a huge hit last year, so we thought to put it again together for our readers to have all 28 hues in one place and be able to work with it at all times.
