• Intellectual property rights.- All content and publications on this Website – articles, pages, videos, images, courses, downloadable material, etc., are subject to copyright and intellectual property, of which Gudrun Herder is the owner. Without the owner’s explicit written consent, these rights will never be transferred or ceded. In particular, the contents, publications, and videos may not be reproduced, disseminated, sold, distributed, or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes. In addition, any content appearing on this Website whose copyrights and intellectual property belong to a third party will be duly indicated.
• Information about our services and training. We are experts in interior design and lifestyle trends. Through our masterclasses, videos, and training, we will help you discover future lifestyle trends and teach you everything you need to make a valuable and bespoke sample, trend, or mood board. We also offer physical products such as our Mood Board Boxes.
• Prohibitions. Reproduction, dissemination, sale, distribution, or use of any information or materials provided during trend conferences and training activities, either in whole or in part, is prohibited. The Website contains material, such as videos, courses, photographs, text, graphics, images, and other materials provided by or on behalf of Eclectic Trends and Gudrun Herder (collectively called the “Content”). Two or third parties may own the Content. Spanish and foreign laws protect the Content. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Visitors may view all publicly available Content for their personal, non-commercial use. Registered Users who have purchased any product or service may download it to their computers and view any Content included in such purchased product or service for their personal, non-commercial use. Other than as expressly stated in the two preceding sentences, you do not have any other rights in the Content (other than Registered User Content that you post on the Websites). You will not use the Content except as permitted by this Agreement. No other use is permitted without Gudrun Herder’s prior written consent. Eclectic. Trends retain all rights, titles, and interests, including all intellectual property rights and content. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary rights in the original Content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version, distribute, or use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. You are prohibited from using or posting the Content on any other website, social network, or networked computer environment for any purpose. You must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Content.

This Website complies with the current legislation on data protection (the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD)). The data requested for contracting is essential for the correct execution of the customer’s order and for their invoicing. Please see more information on our cookies policy.
• Privacy Policy. – GUDRUN HERDER is responsible for this Website and by the provisions of current regulation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 as of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the Protection of Personal Data, concerning the processing of personal data and the free circulation of said data, has implemented all security measures, both technical and organizational, to guarantee and protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entered. • Exclusion of liability. We will not be responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that could occur during a visit to this website, either by mistake or omission in the contents or by the transmission of some malicious program that could happen despite having taken the needed technical measures to avoid it. Likewise, we will not be responsible for the content of external websites that may be linked to this Website, as they are not under our control.
• Communications with us. Although we encourage you to send us emails, we kindly request that you refrain from emailing us any content that contains confidential information. Concerning all emails and communications you send us, including, but not limited to, opinions, questions, comments, suggestions, your mood boards, and the like, we will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, producing and marketing products and services incorporating such information without compensation or attribution to you.
• Cookies Policy. This Website uses third-party cookies to improve navigation and the dissemination of content, as well as to provide other analytical functions, in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). • Applicable Law and jurisdiction.- Spanish Law has drafted these legal conditions. In the event of a conflict in interpreting these conditions, the jurisdiction shall be that of the client’s domicile, or alternatively, the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
• Modification of the conditions of sales.- These conditions may be modified at any time, taking into account the evolution of this Website and the content it offers.
• Acceptance of the conditions of sale. Hiring any service or training offered on this Website implies knowing and accepting the legal clauses—conditions of sale and use—of this Website based on the laws of Spain.

 TRAINING

Currently, we offer one type of training in two languages:

• 1. Masterclass: classroom session with a professional approach, focused on CMF trends and neo materiality, with a price of 347€. The masterclass consists of a one-day session, including workshop dynamics. The detailed characteristics of each training type (dates, content, prices, materials, etc.) are included in their individual workshop description. Those activities are available in Spanish and English.
• General and Sales Terms – MASTERCLASS (classroom sessions):

Our onsite course (347€)) can be acquired through Eclectic Trends. The sales process, the payment,  and the report of any incident are handled by PayPal or credit cards. The course takes place in Barcelona, and we will inform you about the venue when a new date is being notified on our Website.

• Price and taxes.- Expressed in Euros (€), stated in each description and including the corresponding taxes. We kindly ask you to provide your tax information through our contact email for issuing the corresponding invoice. Invoices will always be issued within the quarter where the purchase is made, irrespective of when the course is held. Upon subscribing to the course, we inform you to do so.
• Availability.- Enrollment in an onsite course will be closed when ten places have been filled. If your class has been closed due to an unforeseen technical incident and you can’t access it, we will propose another date or a full refund of the amount paid within ten business days.
• Payment methods’ for the products payment is made through the secure Paypal platform, with your Paypal account or credit or debit card. We confirm that we will not have access to your bank data.
• Confirmation of registration.- Once we receive the payment, you will receive an email with a link to access a dossier containing all the information you must prepare to follow the masterclass program.
• Returns and withdrawal.- Once you have registered for the course, no refunds or date changes are allowed, as the class is a tailor-made experience guided by Gudrun Herder. In any case, you can transfer your place to another person. If you cannot attend, you could inform us and provide a waiting list of interested people; we will contact the first person on this list so you can agree on a payment between the two of you. The payment will be arranged between the participants. If the organization cancels the course, the amount paid by participants will be refunded within 72 hours of being notified of the cancellation. If the course has to be canceled due to force majeure, we will reschedule the date and inform you.
• Workshop attitude. During course development, participants who repeatedly hinder the regular operation of the class may be expelled from the course without the right to a refund of any amount paid. You won’t be entitled to a refund of any amount paid if you do not attend the class. The use of materials whose content may be offensive to other participants, racist, xenophobic, pornographic, of a terroristic nature, or that violate human rights shall not be permitted.
