A key detail of the artwork will be a digitally replicated snapshot of the property’s view of the famous San Gabriel Mountains,” says real estate agent Shane Dulgeroff, who commissioned the artwork.
Bidders made offers on this NFT through MetaMask; the winner also received the physical property located in California. NFT’s are forecasted to be new ways in the metaverse to market architectural assets due to their attractive visual presentation extending rendered options.
