Travel Treasures Plaka

Before embarquing to the quite unknown (this is why we went there) Island of Tinos during our vacation, we spent some time strolling around Plaka, Athens’ most known barrio for picturesque findings and stumbled about this charming outdoor bar. It had it all: it was hidden in a backyard, not too big, loads of made-by-hand decorative elements, an eclectic touch and an apparently good kitchen too belonging to a nice restaurant. So, if you happen to be near Plaka, just go and check 2Mazi and let me hear if it was good!

How about some extra inspiration?

  1. What a sweet looking bar! It was a long time ago that I was in Athens but it really struck me as a pretty cool city, There was a great vibe and while there were unsightly air-conditioning units decorating the buildings and electricity wires everywhere, in-between were some really interesting bars and cafes.
